Lava X81 with 3GB RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 4G LTE Launched at Rs. 11,499

Lava soon after launching Lava X46 has launched Lava X81 smartphone in India. It is available in Space Grey color and is priced at Rs. 11,499. The smartphone will be available via physical retail stores and online shopping partner Flipkart from June 13. The company has announced that the Lava X81 smartphone comes with Airtel's double data offer without detailing the maximum limit and validity. The smartphone will be also covered under a 1-year free screen replacement offer from Lava though this will be for purchases within the first month only.

Lava X81 features 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor and 3GB RAM. It has internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 64GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash and a 5MP front facing camera with LED Flash. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based Star OS 3.0 and has 2700 mAh battery.
