Xiaomi Redmi 3 Launched with 2GB RAM, 4100mAh Battery

Xiaomi has launched Redmi 3 smartphone in China. it is available in Dark Grey, Silver, Gold and Classic Gold colors and is priced at 699 Yuan (US$ 107 / Rs. 7,140 approx.). It will be available in China starting January 12th. No word on global roll out yet.

Xiaomi Redmi 3 features 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 ( 4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) 64-bit processor with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD up to128GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It runs on Android Lollipop MIUI 7 on top and has 4100 mAh battery.
