Micromax Canvas 5 Launched With 3GB RAM, 4G LTE at Rs. 11,999

Micromax has launched the Canvas 5 the latest flagship smartphone in India as promised. It is available in Space Grey and Tan Brown colors, is priced at Rs. 11,999. The handset will be available to purchase in stores from Wednesday. It also comes with double data offer for Airtel 4G customers for 3 months and 7 day door step service policy. Micromax has also tied with Bajaj Finance to run a 12 month EMI scheme, wherein consumers will have to pay four advance EMIs at the time of the purchase.

Micromax Canvas 5 features 5.2-inch (1080x1920 pixels) full-HD IPS display with 2.5D Curved Touch Panel, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 powered by 1.3GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor with 450MHz Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB DDR3 RAM. It has an internal storage of 16Gb and can be expanded via microSD up to 64GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF and a 5MP front facing camera with Flash. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has 2900 mAh battery.
