Google Begins Roll Out Of Redesigned Google Play Store

Google has started rolling out the new Play Store UI. Some days back a former Google designer revealed plans for the next redesign of the Google Play Store and the update is now rolling out to users.

The update comes with two big sections, Apps and Games being one, Entertainment being the other. You'll find movies, TV shows, and books under the Entertainment heading from now on. This replaces the current display of six categories (Apps, Games, Movies & TV, Music, Books, and Newsstand). Under the Apps & Games tab, you will be able to select from multiple different subcategories, such as Top Charts, Games, Categories, Family and more while the Entertainment tab offers Movies & TV, Music, Books and Newsstand.

The roll out might hit your devices this week, but just be patient, and we’ll be sure to update everyone once more information becomes available. If you have already received the update please share your experience by reviewing it along with different snapshots.
