Samsung has launched Galaxy J2 4G LTE smartphone in India. It is available in Black, White and Gold colors and is priced at Rs. 8,490. It go on sale in India on September 21 and will be available via all retail channels.
The smartphone has been developed in the company's India R&D facility. The main highlight of this smartphone is it comes with Ultra Data Saving mode powered by Opera Max which lets users allow or block individual apps from using mobile data and save data by enabling data optimization at the same time. The company claims that the Ultra Data Saving mode can provide up to 50 percent savings in data and can free up to 11 percent RAM.
Samsung Galaxy J2 features 4.7-inch (960 x 540 Pixels) qHD Super AMOLED display powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and 1GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 8GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 128GB. It sports a 5MP auto focus rear camera with LED Flash and a 2MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has 2000 mAh battery.
