Asus launched the Asus ZenFone 2 Laser smartphone at ZenFestival in India. The smartphone comes in three variant. It is available in Pure Black, Ceramic White, Glamour Red colors. Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 (ZE550KL) with 2GB of RAM is priced at Rs. 9,999, the 3GB RAM variant with Snapdragon 615 SoC is priced at Rs. 13,999. The Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 6 (ZE601KL) is priced at Rs. 17,999.
Asus Zenfone 2 Laser features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display or 6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Corning gorilla glass 4 powered by 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB/3GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 128GB. It sports a 13MP laser auto focus rear camera with Real Tone flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Zen UI 2.0 on top and has 3000 mAh battery.
