Alcatel OneTouch Hero 2+ with Cyanogen OS Launched

Alcatel launched Alcatel One Touch Hero 2+ with Cyanogen OS. It is priced at $299 (Rs. 18,500 approx.) and will first launch in North America in Q2 2015. According to the company, it will introduce more Cyanogen OS devices in 2015. It comes with an integrated stylus pen and has optimized handwriting recognition.

Alcatel One Touch Hero 2+ features a 6-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS OGS edge-to-edge display, Dragontrail glass powered by 2GHz MediaTek MT6592 Octa-Core processor with Mali 450 GPU and 2GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It runs on Cyanogen OS 11 on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat ans has 3100 mAh battery.
