Samsung has launched Samsung Z1 first budget Tizen OS smartphone in India. Samsung Z1 comes in White, Black and Wine Red colors and is priced at Rs. 5,700. Reliance and Aircel users will be getting 500MB of 3G data free every month for 6 months.
Samsung Z1 features a 4-inch WVGA (800×480) PLS display powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core Spreadtrum SC7727S processor with Mali 400 GPU and 768MB RAM. It has an internal storage of 4GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 64GB. It sports a 3.1MP rear camera with LED Flash and a VGA front facing camera. It runs on Tizen OS 2.3 and has 1500 mAh battery.

Some importand features of Samsung Z1 includes Ultra Power Saving Mode to extend the battery life. It has free access to Hungama music for three months. They also get subscriptions from nexGTv and BoxTV worth Rs. 1,750 free for three months. It also has a built-in SOS alert system that enables users to reach out for help by pressing the power button four times.
