Xolo launched its new Omega-series smartphone Omega 5.0 and Omega 5.5 priced at Rs. 8,999 and Rs 9,999 respectively. The Omega 5.0 will go on sale next week on December 10, while the Omega 5.5 will go on sale later this month on December 20.
The Omega 5.0 features a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.4GHz MediaTek 6592m octa-core processor with Mali 450 MP GPU and 1GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 8GB and can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB. It sports a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It runs on Android 4.4 with Hive UI on top and it has a 2,100 mAh battery.
