The Chinese smartphone manufacturer announced that 50,000 units of Xiaomi Redmi Note would go on sale on Flipkart on 2 December and registrations began last monday, 24 November, when it was launched in India. Now the company has announced that all the units have gone off the shelves in just 6 seconds via Flipkart, which is the exclusive retail partner of the company. Hugo Barra, Xiaomi VP, made the
announcement via his Twitter handle and also the official Twitter handle of the company in India.
The firm has also announced that the next flash sale for the Redmi Note will be on December 9, and that
registration will be open from Tuesday 6pm IST to Monday, December 8, midnight.
